Established almost forever, professional, clean, sanitary Americanized Mexican food.
You won't have your mouth burned off or encounter some funky 'authentic' flavors. Food is tame yet tasty and consistent. I like a bowl of chili verdi. You can ask for a 'fresca' jalapeno to help spice things up but may still get pickled and then be told they don't have fresh. A Mexican restaurant with no fresh jalapeno's? It only happened a few times out of the many I have eaten here.
Prices are great, booths and decorations are fun. You can't go wrong stopping in here. Popular with almost all clicks. Staff is always very nice.
Fran and Tony, owners, are gracious and accomodating. They provided a meal for our party of 40. They cooked and packaged, we transported and everyone enjoyed their selections.
The locals knew where the food came from by their signature home made chips. I thought the salsa was outstanding.
Good to know that authentic Mexican food can be found 800 miles north of the border.
These guys have the best spicy pork burrito this side of the border!
