This place is fantastic! It really is where good food and good people come together. I was up there with my family and there were a bunch of kids and grown ups playing with hula hoops on their deck.

Kathleen is so nice. She is always running around, but makes you feel like she has all of the time in the world for you. She's got these big, beautiful blue eyes too.

Service was horrific!!! Food was great.... If it weren't for the food, we would have left for sure. We had to get up to get our own drinks and check because our waitress was lazy and standing there.

The Boathouse was the first place I stopped at when I came up to Northern Cal. I found the folks to be very friendly - the staff and patrons - and the food was good and also unique. Yes, there are some barbecue favorites but there are also beans with peaches in them. The corn bread has a nice kick to it and I haven't had one thing there that wasn't good.

The folks are still friendly but now they know my name and I still head there at least once a week. In the summer, there are bands on Sundays and a fun time is had by all.
