    This is a terrific branch. They are so friendly, but most importantly their banking practices are for the benefit of the account holder, first and foremost. They will always work with me, and I have never been told "we can't do that, because of the bank's policies."

    I love my local wamu: Every time I visit my local branch. I get great custumer service. They call me by name and talk to me like we are good friends. I feel that they take a personal intrest in me and that is awsome. I always go away with a smile on my face
