Do not buy espresso from this company and expect them to grind it for at the store. They will grind it improperly, so that it will not work in your machine. And then they will not refund your money.
They do not state their policy at time of transaction or have it posted in writing in their store.
I was treated rudely by the clerks in the store. And the policy was not stated to me even after I brought the product back.
I had to call the CEO and even he was inflexible. And he did not acknowledge that they should state their policay
rear view: sometimes lookin BACK...(the poet said DONT LOOK BACK)...is not the best thing to do. Still, there is that need to be focused, as much as looking forward whereas an individual can git where they are intended. Occasionaly, there are those creative geniuses who, especially in business, independent, bring forth a product that stands "heads" above the rest. Such is the product, opera_eaters of this institution.
To be back here in NO MANS LAND of Western Louisiana, and be able to continue sip'n this fantastic product to keep me flying with the goats, I cherish. To write a review, this rear view, is almost impossible.
One only has to walk into both the Santa Rosa location and see that chartuse wall...who but a genius could think of steel and chartuse, fire and ice. To all those addicts of this product, I trust that they are as grateful as I am when I first stumbled into the Center Street Location, and found this intelligent woman behind the counter, Healdsburg was reviving (oh yes, revive us again), from that flood, pre Rita and Katrina. Utilizing brought in H2O..to make their brew...Only river coffee has ever taste that good...raise on sock brew coffee on mother Sabine, laced with her water, dipped from a river spring.
Raise those mugs and salute these people for continuing to produce a most excellent product, and to salute, Bill Bowker, who I found drinking there, in the early years. If Bill could swallow it, then others surely. And to Mike and his wife who hang out at the Santa Rosa (Crickelwood Restraunt)...So many, so many, and those two girls(wimmen, Shelly and her companion) on their long stretch bi-cycles. And that jacmacian woman who informed me that the goat had acquired the site at the Western Hotel...Salute. Salute.
Skip Starbucks, get your fix here every time: Great Coffee, Scones, Pastries and more with an atmosphere that exemplifies Healdsburg. Their brewed coffee even impressed me and the price was right. This is what every good corner coffee shop should be like.
