Where to begin? The owner speaks so little English he couldn't answer any questions. I had a stain that he charged me $12.50 to get out, but didn't. I tried to remove the same stain on a different item by running it through the washing machine and it came out *completely*. He couldn't tell me what chemical he used because he sent it off somewhere, even though he told me he would clean it right away when I dropped it off. I asked if the stain is now set in and he changed the subject. I asked again, nothing. I asked, "Do you understand what I'm asking?" and he said he didn't. So I paid and left but am pretty upset that a washing machine got the stain out and he didn't, and he still charged me. Plus now I see my garment label states "Do not dryclean". So why did he accept it??? They are beyond BAD.

Highway Robbery!: If you like to spend twice as much as you have to, this is the place for you. They charged me $65 for 11-pieces of men's dry cleaning and laundry. $8 per d/c piece, and $7.61 to launder a pair of khakis! Even the staff rolled their eyes and commiserated when I expressed my surprise. I don't know how they stay in business...
