This was the 1st time that we used Kniesel s & we were Beyond Completed Satisfied. Mike was very helpful and gave us a list of future recomended repairs to better our vehicle performance. He kept in contact with us to let us know progress of our repairs & ending total was less than quoted due to a coupon that Mike had on his desk. We started out with smog service at Kniesels a few years back. When one of our old cars was in need of repair we took it there to see if they could help us. We've been back a few times since and I have to say the people there are some of the best we've ever worked with. Especially Matt. Recently, we needed some emergency work done and Matt was very responsive, flexible and to the point he did research for us to find the best possible solution given our circumstances with this old car. We can't afford to replace it right now and he has been extremely helpful to keep it going. If Kniesel will still have us, we won't go anywhere else!
