Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My daughter was treated very rudely here and was accused of smoking in the car when she had not. They were overall rude and she was reduced to tears but instead of standing up for herself, was embarassed by her reaction and quickly left. She is a young mother and did not deserve this treatment. As for myself, I have until recently been a regular enterprise customer throughout the years and plan at every opportunity to complain about this particular store. I would approach this person who underestimates the power of good customer servcie, if I were local but I'm not.

Enterprise sends out dirty cars, horrible customer service and overall horrible service. Went with Hertz and was Satisfied with them! They are only right across the street.

Great Service: I have been going to this particular Enterprise for years and they have had niothing but good quality service.
