User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsthis store sucks. this store won't fix things wont fix my moms lift chair doug the owner cares less. he won't even fix my hoover vac though the warranty expries september 2nd,2009 and paid extra for the warranty. this guy and company are bad bussiness people.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsthis store is the worst store I've ever done business with! I know they charged me WELL OVER DOUBLE on my stuff, these people are crooks! They do not give a damn about the customer, the only thing they care about is getting your money. I was having a finance problem and called them to work it out they only thing they told me was then will you be sending in your payment, and sent me numerous harassing letters threatening to turn me into collection when it doesn't report to me credit to begin with. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO- CALLED COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWell I had been doing service with them when i needed it and one day I went to sears and caught doug buying lots of stereos cheap and they were charging me an arm and a leg for the damn thing. You see they bought this stereo for like 199.99 and was gonna charge me like 900 for the damn thing,so i took it back and i won't buy anything like that from them again. they were just too expensive so i just won't shop there when i need something it is just too expensive for me. You can just save up the money and buy it with cash. For those of u that don't know it yet they don't do rent to owns anymore it is really expensive. I went and paid them off when i got my taxes and then they wanted me to buy more from them i just don't have the money nor do i need anything from them i have all i want and need i can live without anything else so if u buy from them plz think it through and shop around first thanks chrissy
