User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is far and above the best Chinese food in Auburn. I know a lot of people that drive up from Sacramento to go to this restaurant. It is definitely a favorite of ours and has been for years. Order the Kung Pao Chicken extra spicy, or the hot and sour soup. YUM!

After reading all the great reviews I decided to try it. At first I thought I was at the wrong place. I must have gone there on the chef's day off and his replacement didn't have a clue how to cook.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsexcellent food--give it a try: You absolutely can't go wrong when you stop at the Twin Dragon. If you have ever been driving around in Auburn and passed by this place, I'm sure you've noticed the line out the door. This is not a strange coincidence--it's a measure of how truly excellent their food really is.
I highly recommend their chow mein. Their chicken dishes are also delicious, including the sesame chicken and kung pao chicken. Happy Family is also very, very good.
This is one restaurant that knows how to properly prepare their food. Some Chinese restaurants do not give the food a proper amount of time to cook before they serve it; they just want to get your food out to you regardless of whether it's properly cooked or not. This restaurant is clean, well maintained, and their chefs are incredible.
This restaurant is HIGHLY recommended for any lover of Chinese food. If you stop by on a Friday or Saturday night, make sure you order ahead. Do not pass this restaurant up--you'll really be missing out on the secret everyone else in Placer County is aware of.
