If I am honest I was not really impressed, the arrival time given for massage/facial/parrafin treatment/lunch did not give adequate time to fill out the required paperwork-the living area was outside the salon and was loud. Lunch order was wrong after confirmed twice. After Parrafin treatment was applied it was forgotten about and tech almost left room after telling me to get dressed. Massage was uncomfortable and may have worsened a pre existing knee condition. Was there for half a day-and they made you wear a robe and redress between each treatment!

We apologize that your experience with us was less than expected. It is our normal protocol prompt clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their start time to fill out paperwork. Yes, some days in the salon are nosier than others, but the "spa" services are done upstairs where it is much quieter. As far as lunch, we bring it in from "Awful Annie" in town, and unfortunately, they do make mistakes. It is also our normal protocol for the client to wear a robe between treatments, when possible, to avoid the redressing.
