Okay, I read the reviews on here... curious to see what one of my favorite salons reviews looked like on line... I think these reviews are really harsh (and no I do not work there). I am am a woman, wife and mother and I have been going there on and off for years and have had a few different stylists cut and highlight my hair and my daughters hair. Every single experience has been awesome. The staff are kind and considerate. The only thing I think they need to work on is the cookies and tea / coffe area (stale not fresh cold coffee...)But then again it is a salon not a cafe. Thanks Diva!
I've been an upscale salon customer for many years, and I was excited that a new and seemingly upscale salon opened close to us in Windsor. When I tried to book an appointment, the staff person who answered was extremely rude and knew nothing about the simple questions I asked with regard to coloring and highlight appointments. She just wanted to get off the phone and acted like I was wasting her time. Then instead of booking an appointment or allowing me to come in and meet a potential stylist, she just said she would put me into someone's voicemail. I asked her why she was doing that and whose voicemail I would be getting. She just repeated that everyone in the salon was equally talented and that they don't do consultations. She told me she was putting me into someone's voicemail but would not give out any names. Very strange demeanor. Never in a million years would I hand over my hard-earned cash to this unprofessional place. I will not be surprised if it goes out of business when the staff behave that way. Avoid this place like the plague.
The first time I went I just got my hair cut and felt extremely rushed. The girl seemed like she was in a hurry and took around 15 minutes to do my hair. She then styled it horribly. $65 or so later I was out of there. I decided to give it a second chance with another girl since it is so close to home and again was disappointed. The girl seemed like she was just out of school and even though I had gotten color and a cut my hair looked pretty much the same as when I arrived- even though I expressed to her that I wanted a noticeable difference- especially with the color. She was nice but for $100 plus tip I expected her to at least offer me a diet coke or something. Will not go back....

For $65 you should be getting Sonoma County's finest. This story is outrageous. Sounds like you got a $15 haircut. Sorry to hear that.
Wow! That sound weird! I work at this salon, and no one charges $65 for a haircut! Most of us charge $45 and take our time. I have been there over 5 years and I really love this salon. I am so sorry you had a bad experience!
