Ritz Teppanyaki & Sushi Bar

I can't give this restaurant a high rating due to the fact that we had the WORST service ever at the restaurant last night! We were a party of 24, taking up two tables. I have never been rushed through a meal like we were last night. Our server ordered us to sit down, rushed our order, and rushed us out as soon as the cook was finished, leaving us no time to relax and enjoy our meal. It felt as though she stood over us saying "YOU SIT. YOU EAT. HURRY HURRY. NOW, PAY AND LEAVE!" It was too expensive a meal to be rushed as we were. And then to top it off, we ended up having to stand off to the side to pay our bill, while she seated the next party. As much we love the food, and enjoy watching the cook - this experience left us so disappointed, we won't be going back.

ok i just got back for the Ritz it was so good i'v been there like 25 times already but i really like it the food is so good i love it so much. My favorite part is when they throw the food up in the air and you have to catch it in your mouth it is so much fun

The Ritz has always been my fav place to eat, awesome sushi and Teppanyaki is AMAZING. Unfortunately, I wont ever be eating there again! Last night we went to Teppanyaki and my friend had her purse/bag on the floor during dinner and when we went straight home after dinner she set her purse down, turned on the light and a cockroach came running out of her purse onto her foot! We know it came from the resturaunt, we heard it had cockroaches from a previous employee that worked there, we just didn't want to believe it because it's such a great place! But now we believe! We were so discusted! The delicious food is so not worth getting a cockroach infestation in ur home if u ask me! U have to have a SERIOUS roache problem if they are coming out in a room full of people eating dinner and crawling into peoples belongings and carrying them home! I've filed a complaint and we are super bummed cuz it def has the best food anywhere!!!!
