Monroe Transmission

While driving my Jeep recently, it suddenly lost it's drive and went into safe mode. I pulled in to Jiffy Lube in Roseville where the guys took a look and recommended the dealership or John's garage. Since I did not want inflated pricing at the dealership, I called and spoke with John's garage and they recommend Monroe Transmission since it was transmission related. I called and spoke to Rick followed by a call to AAA to tow the car. Imagine my surprise when the driver arrived the guy told me I could not go wrong with Monroe. I must say after getting my Jeep back today, there's no question in my mind that they will be the only place I will take our cars to in the future. Excellent customer service, follow through, delivery and pricing. When I walked in they brought the part out to show me what had failed and explained everything they did and said to call if I had any questions or issues. The shop was clean, easy to find and the guys where clean and professional at the front desk. Thanks Monroe you have a customer for life!
