Excellent!! We showed up 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday night and got the full atttention of the staff and store manager, all of whom where not only cheery, but most importantly knew what they were selling. They hooked us up with great deals on boards, boots, bindings, casing and jackets. The stayed open 45 minutes after closing just so I could look at everything (literally). Only place I go for mountain gear. Warning: don't waste your time at the Natomas location because they hardly have much selection in comparison to the Arden location.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The whole time i was there the people that worked there just visited with eachother and ignored me. Couldent get there register to work to give me a refund for something I ordered that they told me would arrive in 2 weeks but came to find out will not be in until next season. NEVER EVER EVER GOING BACK. Should have listened to my friends.
best shop ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: great products great customer assistance better than any other board shop I have ever seen seen.

Well, he must have had someone talk to him if they went to the trouble of ordering an item for him. I've ordered stuff from Ground Zero myself, which is a great service most stores don't offer. Before you order, Ground Zero has no idea whether the manufacturer has the item or not, and can take days before they get ahold of a rep. Now when you do order you have to pay for it up front. This way when they get a hold of the manufacturer they can order the item right then instead of having you make a second trip down to pay and risking the manufacturer selling out of the product. The form you sign says the item ordered will take two to four weeks to arrive. If they end up not having it, you get your money back. It isn't Ground Zero's fault if the manufacturer sells out of the product, nor is it poor customer service if they have technical difficulties with their register. They actually offered some excellent customer service in ordering the item direct for him, but instead get blamed when the manufacturer doesn't have it. I think Shae B is just upset that the item he wanted was no longer available and either doesn't understand that Ground Zero is not ordering the item from themselves, but rather a separate entity, or is just being a baby. I mean, Shae B, what if you were ordering this item for a friend of yours? You tried and you couldn't get it, so should your friend be mad at you?
