Total Image Salon

I was referred to this salon by a friend and only because I loved how her hair looked and wanted to go see whomever did hers. This place is 5 minutes from home, very affordable and she did an excellent job. She actually was running a little behind (so was I) but apologized more than once about it and when she started on me she didn't just leave me under a dryer (like stylists who do overbook), she finished me up within an hour. My hair looked great, I'm going back this week. I think Cherie (the owner and my stylist) was very cool and did an excellent job.

The worst experience ever. Crystal gave me highlights, left the bleach on way too long and my hair started falling out. The owner said that it was my own fault and they refused to give me back my money.

I'm a former client of Total Image. While my stylist was renting her station there, I always had a pleasant experience. I've heard several comments saying Cheri is a bad stylist, and though she was not my stylist, I never once have seen her botch someone's hair, and usually her clients have a look of amazement when they leave. The only negative I can say about the salon is with so many girls, and one receptionist, my appointments were usually set up for the wrong times, usually offset by half an hour. Many times I would make an appointment for 3:00 or 3:30, and she would inform my stylist that it was for half an hour earlier than I had scheduled. I do miss it though. I followed stylist to her new salon, and it is a much more quiet, intimate enviroment. I love both.
