I have seen Lisa for quite some time now and she has done a wonderful job removing the hair from my face. she is very professional and always wears a face mask, gloves and a white lab coat. She has effectively removed a lot of hair from my face without causing any skin damage. She uses a very new digital electrolysis machine as well. She uses micro-flash on me personally. Her treatment has been effective in removing the hair with no skin damage. I hope this helps anyone out looking for an electrologist in her area.

Lisa Stephens (Hitomi) is a very caring, understanding, knowlegeable, professional. She has treated me for the last year and she has helped me soo much. I dont have to worry about plucking my chin or upper lip at least once a week, or feel like hiding if I hadn't. Lisa has helped me to gain confidence I once lacked, and educated me in the process. I had no idea that hair grows in cycles or that there are various types of hairs, or how BAD plucking is. I can hear her now! "No! Plucking! it BAD BAD BAD!" Lisa is very thorough and makes sure that when the hairs are gone they are gone. She is does an exceptional job, and she keeps her area neat clean and tidy. I HIGLY recomend Lisa. she is the best choice in her line of work. Thank you Lisa!!!

I too have been seeing Lisa since April or so of 2006 I had a lot of facial hair that needed to be done. I have not seen her since March 2007 due to being pregnant. I am about to start going back so she can finish what we started. Lisa is the best at what she does. She has been thru it herself so she understands what us women are going thru with wanting to get rid of unwanted hair. She does a thorough job and makes you a friend while doing it.
I have to say that I had what would be considered a light beard from the chin and really bad under the neck. Lisa was very honest with me and said that it was dense and would take some serious commitment on my part to get thru this. I noticed a huge difference within the first month. I stayed consistent with my appointments made sure I drank a lot of water so I was very hydrated before each appointment and we got a lot more hairs out. Like I said I have not seen her in over a year at this point due to being pregnant but the hair has not grown back and that was Lisa promise to me that once the hair is out it is done. It would not ever come back as long as that hair did not have another cycle deep in the skin. She was ABSOLUTLY right they have not came back. I will be setting up some further appointments just like her other clients I will be a returning to get my eye brows and upper lip done. I love Lisa she is the best... I have her to thank for being able to put down the TWEEZERS!
