The service is bad. The servers are rude. The food is tasty but the restaurant looks dirty.

Ya know, with the down turn in the economy we've had several chain restaurants close here in our tiny little town of Lincoln, CA. They have included Chili's, Applebee's, and Strings. There aren't too many sitdown restaurants left to go to...mostly just fast food.
There are at least 3 other Asian restaurant in town and I've tried only one other.That said, I would agree with the majority of those how have already rated Lincoln Chinese Restaurant that it is delicious, always fresh and hot from the kitchen, and that it's full of flavor (not to mention plenty of calories). I usually get it to go so I can eat in the comfort of my own home. At home I also have easy access to refills of my soda, which is really the only negative worth mentioning about Lincoln Chinese. They serve soda by the can and charge at least a dollar or more for the can. No fountain drinks, and no free refills like every other restaurant in existance! Other than then, they're good.

The food here is awesome, the portions are large, and the price is decent. The only reason I'm giving this restaurant 3-stars is the service. The service is terrible. I had stopped going to this restaurant a year ago, but couldn't remember why.

Went back a few weeks ago, and I remembered why I stopped going. We were told to find our own seats, but after 10-minutes with no menus, we walked up and grabbed our own. Another 10 - 15 minutes, nobody had visited our table to take our order, ask if we wanted anything to drink, so I had to go up to the front, break up the talking waitresses, and ask for somebody to take our order. They said ok, I went back to our table, and waited. Still, nobody came over. I had to wait until somebody took the order for the table next to us, who came in 10 minutes prior, so that I could grab her to take our order.

I watched a waitress take a dish to many other tables as it was extra, before she dropped it at our table. Ten minutes later, my husband's dish was brought out. Once the food was dropped off, nobody visited our table again, to refill glasses, to check if we were ok, or to even drop off the bill.

Finally, we got up and went to the register, and pointed out our table, so that we could get a check and pay.

Like I said, food is really good, service is TERRIBLE, we now only get to-go so as not to have to deal with the employees.
