My wife was quoted one price then when we sat down to sign the papers we were presented with another, higher price so we walked away. Later this slimeball salesman named Ernie called up my wife laughed at her saying she can't get a better deal. Avoid this scum at all costs!

"SCAMMERS FOR SURE! My experience today was almost like M the C, but probably worst. My sister's 08 IS got t-boned at high school parking lot so she's looking for a 300c now. She found one on http://cars.com and the car had very low miles and looked pristine by the pictures. She calls them and ask if they still have it and they said yeah come in. My mom and her drives from monterey (2.5 hours) to check it out. They call me to meet them and these scammers said the lot owner took the car for business meeting. I ended up sitting down with Mohammad and he tells me his dealership don't turn people away over price because they want our business. I asked him for what they want for it, and he prints out this paper with the listing price and other numbers with a kbb symbol on the bottom of it. That document was 2 months old and he said the car has been on the lot for 2 weeks. The price on the paper was 36,000 BUT the http://cars.com ad was for 29,900. We busted the print out right in front of him and he takes it to his manager. Mo comes back and tells us that the ad ends on monday and since its tuesday that ad is incoherent. I told him we will pay 28K if the car is in pristine like the pictures. He went to this manager and then comes back and tells us they cannot go under that 29,900. I told him they have to negotiate with the listing price and they said they can't. What a waste of 5 hours of driving and gas. These guys are unprofessional and shady!"

I have heard of the bad experance others have had with Hanlees Chevrolet, but I brought my car in Anyway. I am so gald I did. My car is an older car and it was running kinds rough so I went into the service area and talked with Ed. He was very nice and walked out to my car with me and really listned to what I had to say. (usually men think woman are usleless when it comes to cars but i never felt that way here.)My car was fixed within the time I was quoted and their was no surprises when I went to pay my bill like at other dealerships or repair shops.
