User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThis is the first review I've ever written. I've never been so disappointed with a restaurant prior to this that I felt the need. We have eaten Jumbo Chinese since they first opened. Not alot, but enough to go back. My husband didn't think their food was as tasty as the original Lincoln Chinese across town, although, I enjoyed it and the service was somewhat faster and location more convenient for quick take out. Due to the economy, we only enjoy Chinese Food about once every two months these days. After a long work week on Friday night, my husband and son and I were looking forward to settling down to some great chinese food and our palates . My husband called in a to go order and was told to pick up in 15-20 minutes. I went straight there from a long commute home. I waited 30 minutes "beyond" the 20 minute quoted wait time. Having worked in the restaurant business, I understand what it's like to be busy on a Friday night. The restaurant was only 1/2 full. During that 30 minute wait, I watched many other people stand and wait for acknowlegement, and the staff was running around like crazy trying to meet all customers needs. They were obviously understffed. Towards the end of the 30 minute wait, the manager lady asked me two times what my order was, and another set of customers said they had been waiting for an entire HOUR for their "to go" order. Finally, I told one of the two bustling waiters to tell the manager lady that I was leaving. They still tried to get me to stay even though I think they "lost" our order but never asked me what my order was. I ended up going to Carls Jr. and wasted an hour of my Friday evening on this place for no reason. Will never go back. Looks like Lincoln Chinese has gained an old customer back.

The best Chinese Food in town, the place is neat and clean and the service is the best. The people are neat and clean and makes you want to go back again, and , again. All the food they serve is the best you can get any place around our area including Roseville, Rocklin, etc.

By far the best Chinese food in Northern California. The Potstickers are to die for.. Yum!! The szechwan and kung pao chicken both rock. If you are looking for Chinese food, do not look any further.
