About:	There are no surprises at Noodle Express. The appetizers include egg rolls, pot stickers, fried won ton and egg flower soup among many others. Beef, fowl and seafood dishes are all well represented. The bird's-nest selections are a Szechuan variation on the dishes that are served in edible containers.
