User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSalesmen are full of promises they never intend to keep. Once paperwork is signed you are no longer a valued customer, but an inconvience. Communication is poor, promises are not kept, and problems are not resolved. When confronted about problems, such as vehicles delivered in non-working order, salesmen and managers become irrate and belittle the customer.

They are a bunch of pushy crooks and liars. I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a vechile from Folsom Ford!!!
