Mandango's Sports Bar & Grill

Ok, where do I start with Mandango's? When my boyfriend suggested going it was hard not to laugh. See, I remember going to MANdango's a few years ago, before I was of age, one word MEATMARKET. Back then it was the place to be if you were a 20 somethin', livin at your parents house, going to Sierra College. Everyone looked the same, girls had their boobs pushed up to their chins, Boys wearing striped shirts and distressed jeans. But thats not why I decided to comment. Recently I returned, no one was really there. We were going to catch a movie but decided to play a game of pool instead. I found the staff (literally had to find the staff), to be extremely rude(which really wasn't any different than before), well we had a beer & got a pool table. We play 3 games of pool, I'm not the best player so it took about 45min. We were going to have another beer, but didn't want to feel anymore unwelcome than we did, so we left. They charge us $27 for our 45min of pool time. Their tables sucked too, balls all fell to the right. NEVER again NEVER!

Mandango's used to be a decent sports bar, with good looking service staff (waitresses and bar). Since Ally left behind the bar, the business has dropped off.

Additionally, the ramped up rock music overplays all sports programming. They just don't get it, ITS A SPORTS BAR. The music starts at 9:00am when any huge follower of Michigan, Ohio State, Nebraska, Texas are likely to want to watch the games.

Food is fairly priced but fading in quality as of late. Unless management defines what it is trying to accomplish, two long-time (5 yrs plus) Michigan fans are looking at other options.

This place is way too crouded and hot. There are not enough places to sit. There are young gross guys that grab you and fights break out all the time. Unless your looking for drama don't go here.
