User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDec.25 2008 9:44amchk no# 1362, and waitress was Marilyn and she was the only saving grace to the visit.I realize it was christmas morning and that the last place alot of these workers wanted to be was working at IHOP. Still Marilyn was our server and was happy and attentive and very pleasent however the cook was horrid yelling to new personell "serve it to them they will eat it" and it came to the table the sieloin steak was tough and extreamly overcooked, the eggs were runny, the toast was cold and had no butter on it.
the service and food in this rocklin store has been falling for this last year but today was the absolut worst and finally has convinced me to take my famile someplace else from now on. I am through waiting for it to be like it was and chalk it up to a sign of the times and now IHOP is taking the shortcuts to save money at the expense of it customers.

Worst restaurant I ever ate. My T-Bone steak was gray not brown like any other restaurant. I sent it back and my steak was well done rather than medium rare. The steak was dried and no seasoning at all. Manager refused to lower the bill. The manager gave another steak like the previous one. I gave the T-Bone steak to the manager and I invited him to eat it. The cook does not know how to sear a steak and the manager is not honest enough to see that. I will not go back at that IHOP again.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsHorrible! We smelled like grease and had to go home to take showers. The pancakes were lemon flavored. The hashbrowns were burnt! Nasty! We told the waitress they were gross and they said oh well. Not going back there!
