    Had a problem with their service department. I received an estimate for repair with a value of $302. Two weeks later I take it in for the work where then they gave me another estimate at a value of $719. Same exact procedure and parts. The difference came down to how they decided to charge for labor. Original estimate had $230 for labor whereas the second had $586 for the same procedure plus $60 for diagnostic time. This clearly illustrates the place will attempt to get what they can out of unsuspecting customers. Needless to say, I pulled my vehicle from their facility and choose an independent shop to do the repairs.
