This cable company has got the worst customer service.It can not seem to up and running in hot weather either.If you try to call customer service,it take s a long time to finally get threw to talk to a human.When you finally talk to a human they have little or no information.The customer service reps are phone operators thats it.If there is a major malfuction it takes all day to correct-sample line breakage on June 30,2009 took from 11 SOMETHING am till 9pm that night(unbelievabley slow).

This is the shittiest company ever. Always have low quality or no signal problems on tv. Have internet problems every month. Hate wave broadband. Changing the name changed nothing about this baaaad service.

EDIT EDIT EDIT: It is many months later. I first gave this 1 star, I am changing it to 3 as their service has improved somewhat. Still have some problems....but it's liveable.

Yes, this is the crappiest internet service we have ever had. I cannot get into my email even tho I know my password. They say they can't fix it-can't give e me a new password or anything. I just use it to get into yahoo. My husband can get into his fine. We are keeping it until we can get global again. Crappy service, you call and have to leave a message with an answering service for a call back. Could you get any lousier service. Ask before you sign up what their service is. LOUSY
