I live in Dixon and so I train at the Tracy's in Davis and Vacaville. I had previous experience at another studio in Davis, and all I can say is these schools and instructors are in an entirely different league of quality and instruction in the martial arts. Their classes are convenient to my schedule, and not only do I get 6 days a week of group training available to me, 3 times a day, but I get my own private lesson for myself and my whole family all for around $35 per week, and I didn't even have to sign up for a year or more in order to get the price they had originally quoted me. The private training is a night and day difference from my previous experience of only receiving group classes. I can't believe how much more I've learned in the time spent at these schools since switching from my previous school. I recently joined this school and couldn't be happier with the instructors and the classes. The self defense seems very practical and the mixed martial arts classes are a great workout & fun. I especially enjoy the private training I get every week. This seems to be something very unique to this school when I was shopping around, and I think it's their best feature. I'm able to have them whenever I want, and can even choose the frequency. I recommend this business highly to anyone.
