User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI took in a dress with built in bra pads, and it came back with the pads all bunched up and wrinkled. I had to spend 10 min pulling them back into shape and then iron it myself. Shouldn't a dry cleaner give clothes back in ready to wear condition? Not happy. I should have just washed it myself and air dried it.
