Ruined my wedding dress: I brought my brand new dress in which was clean but a little wrinkled and the lady rubbed it all over the counter and got it dirty with pen marks (and her hands were black!). I pointed it out and asked her to be careful and showed her the dirt she put on it and she laughed at me and said I needed to pay for the entire dress to be dry cleaned along with the pressing I originally wanted. She rolled the dress up in a ball on the counter and I asked her to be gentle with it (as it cost $3,000) and crossed my fingers and left. I came back the next day and it had been flattened into a pancake and the seams underneath were showing through the satin in an ugly way. It looked terrible. I asked them to fix it and she said "you can only see it up close". I insisted she fix it and she said "you pay me money!". I left in tears. My husband called the manager and got them to fix it for free which involved lots of arguing, a dress tug-of-war, and more tears. These people are terrible and their wedding dress service is terrible. I would never tell anyone to trust them with a wedding dress, let alone a pair of shorts.
