Don't bother with this place. I went in at 5:25 to get two (2) small things packed. I waited while the clerk finished a personal call. Then told me she couldn't help me because she had a ton of work to do & the store closed in 30 minutes. Management should be made aware of the horrible customer service being provided to people who want to PAY for their services.
If no stars were an option I would have chosen it.
I currently use this store & am looking for a new one to replace them ASAP. They had an employee leave them for a better opportunity that paid more. Since then the service has gone downhill. The employees are rude & lazy. Packages end up being returned back to the UPS distribution center & not available for pickup due to this. They do not place the mail in the boxes in a timely manner. Mail that arrives on a specific day should be available ON THAT DAY for pick up. It never is. And God forbid you call in to see if the mail is available for pickup. The answer is a surly "I Dunno".
I agree that they do charge more than the other UPS Stores. A fact that I found out after signing a contract. Well that contract is nearly up, so I will be replacing them & having mail forwarded to the new location. This is costing me a lot more than a PO Box rental. I have to change the mailing address on all of my business paperwork. The customer service is so bad, that I am willing to eat the expense. They have cost me money is delaying invoices being received by me, as well as checks that I needed to deposit being held up for a minimum of two days due again to their laziness.

Update: we have found another UPS store closer & cheaper. The employees are conscientious & friendly. And we have 24 hour access. Now you have to ask yourself: why would I pay $48 more per year for the same size box, with access only when the store is open? And be treated to rudeness as well? Am I paying extra for the customer service? So now it will take some time to get things switched over, during which time I will need to deal with them, but it is almost over.
