    I"ve leased two vehicles from autowest honda roseville, ca. Had the vehicles serviced at auto west. went to autowest when lease was about up on one vehicle to lease a new one.Was treated like I was in some fly by night gypo car dealer and then to top it off lied to. I now do business with another honda dealer and will no longer be a customer at autowest homda roseville.

    Great price on new Hondas from their internet Dep. Got my last 4 Hondas for friends and family. Straight forward and no B.S.

    The service Dep. is harder to deal with. Good service, just takes long time (for them to get back to you). Maybe they are too busy. Better than some other Honda dealers around. I like the best is again no B.S. They wont try to sell you the things you don't need.

    AWFUL service from the Sales side of the business. No experience with Service side YET as they seem incapable of using the phone to call us back. Perhaps that says it all? Bought 2 vehicle from the AutoWest group 6 months apart - but NEVER AGAIN. Will advise our National Credit Union that they choose as really bad company for the Credit Union Sales. What is wrong with the staff at Autowest Honda-Roseville?? Where did they find them - the executive staff especially?? Unless the General Manager is happy with idiots ruining the business, he may wish to fire them and hire new help!!
