User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMaybe I just had a bad experience and it was a fluke but I went to the Orangevale location and it was pitiful. It was edible but very bland which Mexican food should never be and the sauce they inexplicably poured on my burrito was way too salty. I was treated to dinner so I didn't pay and I still felt kind of gypped. I would rather have La Fiesta any day of the week. Blech.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThis is by far the worst mexican food in Sacramento County, Chips are excellent but salsa-ketchup hot sauce is pathetic. Food lacks flavor. Tastes like they just through some peppers in with some beef and grilled it real quick and shoved it in a tortilla. Save your hard earned money and go to Carmelitas or Felipe's. Not what I expect from a sit down restaurant.
Adalberto's has better food and service.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent! The best restaurant I know of for Huevos Rancheros. My dining partners order a variety of items but I always order the same thing, because these are the best in town! Love this place!

LMAO, adalbertos has better food? Ummm, ok, NO. La Placita is a staple for most people around here and their food is great, and very reasonably priced. The service is wonderful and the staff is sooo friendly/nice. I bet you work for Carmelitas.
No Conspiracy here, I will admit the service was friendly, price was reasonable, but the food was horrible. Maybe I went on a bad night or a there was a fill in cook. LoL
