I'm trying to reach the parts department, I have been on hold for nearly 15 minutes after they have already hund up on me once. All the times I deal with them, they are rude and way too expensive. We should change their name to Autowest Stealership. Only go if you do not have another option.

Leased my car from these guys 1/2006. In October 2008 I received a letter from Chrysler Corp advising me that I could purchase my car for a reduced amount other than stated in the original contract. Since I was interested in keeping my car I immediately telephoned Autowest Dodge to find out the particulars. After calling repeatedly over the last 3 months and leaving messages for various Managers I am still waiting to hear from someone. I would just go in, but I currently live over 200 miles away. Calling Chrysler's national 800 number was also ridiculous, your routed to India and when you ask to speak to a rep in the U.S. they require you give all your personal info before transferring you. Then the U.S. rep tells me I have to contact the dealership. I just want someone to call me back so I can buy the damn car. You would think in these tough financial times they would want to sell the car to me rather than wholesale it out to a 3rd party. I would leave 1/2 a star or Zero Stars if I could.
STAY AWAY FROM ANY AUTOWEST DEALERSHIP!
