God forbid you might touch a guitar. I donât know how this husband and wife team can stay in business besides their prices are not very good. Itâs you classic case of two old miserable tight wads that should retire

Bad service. I walked in on a whim and got GRILLED by the old woman at the front asking me what I'm there for. Lots of beginner gear... another bottom-feeding store trying to counter Guitar center by overstocking. As a former music store employee of 2 years, I was appalled.

The other reviews here are right on the money. I've never been treated so poorly in 20 years of being a guitar player. Was hopeful to spend my dollars at a local mom-and-pop retailer, but it's not worth helping the likes of these folks compete with the big retailers with better selection, prices and, oh yeah, an ounce of customer service. It was so bad that I actually told them "forget it" mid-transaction.
