Future Fords Service Dept is BAD. Barney the Tech does not listen or care about his customers. They had my van in thier shop for three days, on different times. They offer NO assistance with alternative transportation and the do not return phone calls on a timely manner. DO NOT BUY your car here or get Service done.
I went to Future Nissan to buy an Xterra. The people running Future Nissan's financing(Adrien)/sales departments do not know what they are doing. They do not know what they have. They do not know what the current financing offers are there seems to be no communication.
If you want to buy through Future Nissan do it via the internet department they know whats going on and provided excellent customer service. The service department is also excellent!!
I did eventually purchase the 08 Xterra.
I previously wrote a very poor review of this dealership after I had a bad experience with the servicing of my 2005 Murano. This was back in June 2007. Since then, the dealership has worked with me to correct what went wrong, and today I did what I said I would never do again - I bought a new 2009 Murano from them. What changed my mind? The Service Manager and one of their top salesmen (Nick) followed up with me several times, and then made an offer to compensate me for the service problem I experienced. I got a good deal on the 2009 Murano and drove away pleased with how I was treated and the deal I got. How often can you say that about a car-buying experience? Nick was very helpful, friendly, respectful and patient. Future Nissan staff did a great job of turning around a bad situation, and I can now recommend this dealership without any reservations.

Linda's complaint is not very valid as she has NO CLUE of what she is talking about. I have serviced my car with both Future Ford and Nissan for many years. 1st, Barney is a Service Writer and not a Tech; 2nd, He works at Ford and not Nissan; 3rd, They offer a ride home by Willie the detail manager or a rental through Enterprise: 4th, They have THE BEST customer satisfaction rating in Northern Ca from Ford and that is why i always go there for Service; 5th, Linda is very IGNORANT.
