I wish Michael Burke ran the show down there. I never had a problem at this dealership until today. I went in for a simply oil change/tire rotation and a minor seat problem. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival and when Tina Long got to me, she made me wait even longer outside. She was rude and had a “you need me more than I need you” attitude. What she didn’t realize, is that I drove 50 miles round trip. I decided to take my vehicle to Nissan of Elk Grove for customer loyalty because I purchased my vehicle there. After dealing with her pretentious attitude, she told me it would be a 3-hour wait for the OIL CHANGE. She told me she “wasn’t a technician” and couldn’t give me a time frame if the seat was only fixed. I asked if I could have a rental car and she told me they only give them out if the part isn’t available or if I had a “rental coupon”. I told Tina that I was never given coupons when I purchased my vehicle, but she didn’t care at all. I advised her to cancel the oil change/tire rotation because I didn’t have 3 hours to waste on my day off. I also didn’t want to give Nissan of Elk Grove one more penny of my money. She showed no interest in retaining my business and treated me like they were my only option for service. I will not be going back and don’t recommend this service department at all.

I went into Nissan of Elk Grove about 2 weeks ago AJ Went greeted me at the door, he was really nice. He showed me some pre owned vehicles in my price range and i fell in love with a new beetle. He knew so much about my car and all the features it had. i had an excellent experience with all of the staff and will purchase my next vehicle from AJ. Nissan of Elk Grove is awesome.

I bought a used car there about two weeks ago and the service I received was TOP NOTCH. I couldn't be any more happier. The deal was to die for and the car was delivered PERFECT! Lucy and Sonny made this deal easy and painless for me. I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends+++
