About:	Although this dining spot is small, the aroma from the kitchen is fantastic. The flavor from fresh ginger, bamboo shoots, peppers, onions and many other spices jump out at you, but still blend easily with chicken, pork, beef and seafood. Traditional dishes like Laap display the contrast of flavors and textures so familiar to lovers of good Thai food at Vientiane. The Laap entree has a choice of chopped beef or pork mixed with chili peppers, mint, cilantro, green onions and lime.
