User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHad them put in a new transmission for $2500. After about a year the new transmission started having problems and they wanted 1000 dollars just to look at it. Paid them 80 dollars to determine that it was an internal transmission problem. That's when they wanted another 1000 dollars to diagnose it, that wasn't even to fix it or parts. I expected more. I expect a transmission to last more than a year.
Customer Service is horrible. They never called me back after I took it in. I called them after 3 days. Took them 1 week to tell me it would be 1000 dollars. They were so slow and did not get back to me in a timely manner.
Because of this I cannot recommend them. Maybe stay away from corporation owned mechanics? good luck.
