User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI too agree that they do not return calls: I too experienced bad customer service. They are nice while you are there but if they say "We will call you back" then you can pretty much bet you aren't getting a car or a return call. We experienced this once before but decided to go back and give them the benefit off the doubt. Well we shouldn't have gone back because they did it to us again. They led us on to believe we would get financed and then said they would call us when it was finalized and low and behold they never called us. We called them back several times on both occassions and they wouldn't give us a straight answer. We got "we are still working on it". I would not recommend this dealership. I say go to someone who can give you a straight answer even if it is bad news. Part of customer service is being able to give people good news and bad news.
