I agree, I had a very horrible experience with them. It really added insult to injury during our times of suffering. These people seemed to care in the beginning, but once they get your money, it's a completely different story. Instead of doing their jobs like they are paid to do, you have to keep checking up on them or it won't get done. The grave marker design that was supposed to be done in one week took one month and I had to call them every week. The grave marker that was supposed to be delivered in two months took six months. They don't check up on things for you, you have to do it yourself if you want to know if it's done properly or even done at all. They also show no decency by putting sprinklers above graves. Common sense would tell them to put it somewhere away from the burial and not on top of where family or friends would be honoring their deceased. I was told by them that the way they operated were routine. If I knew that I was going to go through this kind of hell with them, I would have never chosen their company. I know there are much better memorial centers out there too.

I have been very disappointed at the service we recieved at this cemetery. They are not efficient and can't be relied on to do things in a timely manner. We constantly had to get on their backs to make sure everything was taken care of properly each and everytime. I thought whether I should write this review or not, but time and again they showed us that they wouldn't take the initiative unless we voiced our concerns first. You would think the people in this business would exercise more sensitivity when it comes to dealing with passed away loved ones, but this place lacks it. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or not, but we made a grave mistake by choosing this place. They just seemed to not care or have a lot of motivation. I know there are better cemeteries out there who can do much better jobs at taking care the needs of families who are already going through so much grief and stress.
