We are a new customer of Mike the Poolman. He was recommended by the previous company that provided our weekly pool service. We had a bottom drain cover that had a cracked off piece that concerned us from a safety perspective with 2 small kids. I contacted Mike and he was very responsive in getting back to me almost immediately with some questions to help him ID the type of drain cover we had. He explained the available options, and was at our house within 2 days and had all three if our drain covers replaced with new VGB compliant covers.
