As a first time client they fit me into their busy schedule like I was one of their favorite regulars! The conversation was great and comfortable, and it was overall a fantastic experience. Rich took the time to really hear what I wanted and and gave great input for a great style for me and my hair type. As a college student I am new to the area and had no clue where to go to get my hair done, after this experience I will DEFINITELY be going back. And now I have a place to recommend my friends to, too! There's a reason the other people who wrote reviews have put 5 stars, too!
