Although it was a little out of my way, it was totally worth it! Like everyone says, its the best in Chico! Kip did an awesome job on my tattoo and made it exactly how I imagined it. I didn't think I wanted to get another tattoo but after going there I want another! It was very professional and they answered all my questions. Plus the store was very clean. I seriously am going back to get another, soon! Before going I looked up reviews here and it really helped me make my decision so thank you to all the review writers too! GO to Victory Tattoo and ask for Kip!!!

I got a tattoo done at Victory tattoo after going to other tattoo shops in town. I have to say that they did and amazing tattoo that wasn't just a cut and copy tattoo. I wanted something more custom and just for me. I came in with an idea that was simple and Kip made it into something that I would have never imagined. Very professional and clean! I would recomend this shop to anyone who wants something more than something just off the wall.
