The first time we went we ordered mini burgars the bottom buns on the 6 pack were a mushy mess they were very microwaved and over "damp". The 2nd time I went I used the drive through and had to wait 11 minutes behind ONE person to even have my order taken.. than once I got to the window I was asked to wait five more minutes. I was over charged because that day kids meals are supose to be 99 cents each with an adult meal. I got 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals. when I pointed it out to the window girl she got visably annoyed wit me. She than roughly pushed my drinks at me dropping them instead and when I said I wanted my money back. she huffed "fine" without an apology. I tried to call to compolain an the "manager" on the phone was rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she said "this is me" I said okay I just wanted to file a complaint. and she barked "we are really busy right now". I hung up and decided to post reviews everywhere I can. We went to Jack in the box across the street instead where they gave me coupons when the drive thru attendant noticed I was covered in soda from the burgar king mishap.
