User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy recent experience with this company is less than desirable..They damaged my new Anderson entry doors while trying to force them open them and do not want to take responsibility for the damage..The attitude of the owner was friendly when I purchased the wood stove. When I had to have the wood stove re-installed that seem to inconvience him although he was paid $350.00 to re-install it. I could not reccommend them as they are lacking in customer service..
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy wife and I bought a free standing pellet stove from them and could not be happier. The people there were extremely helpful, very kind, and were always more than happy to answer any questions we had. They helped us pick out the perfect stove for our situation and great advice on installing it ourselves to save a little money. The stove is very high quality and works like a charm to keep our 1200 foot home very comfortable. I'll admit that when the idea was posed to me by my wife to buy a pellet stove as opposed to a wood burning stove I was hell-bent against it but now I couldn't be happier. Easy to use, very economical, and a great product. Highly reccomended!

It was nice to hear of your positive experience as my current experience with the owner at Gridley heat-tech is much less than positive. I found him to be angry and wothout customer service skills or care...I would never reccommend them in the future.
