This place has HORRIBLE service. My family and I went to eat here maybe 30 minutes before they closed. We were told that if we wanted our second bowls that we had to go up and get it asap because they were closing the line. That's understandable. So all of us went to get a second bowl (behind 3 other customers) and they never once cleaned the stove top. All of our bowls came out burnt tasting. We brought it to their attention but they said that they couldn't do anything about it because their line was closed. I understand that so I asked for a partial refund (difference between a single bowl to an all-can-eat bowl). They stated that they could not refund at all. Then I asked if we could take our first bowls home (all of us still barely ate it because we had to make our second bowls before they closed the line). One of the girls there (Sally) stated that we couldn't take it home because we got the all-you-can eat. She stated that we had to stay and eat there. I stated that because they weren't going to give me a partial refund and that they were providing horrible service that we were not going to stay. Then she stated for us not to eat our first bowls then. I immediately asked for their phone number and the manager's name. They didn't know the phone number and was very hestitant to give me the name of the manager. The other girl (Julia) then stated that if we were going to pack our first bowls then I couldn't call her manager. Worst service ever! I would never EVER come back and do not recommend to anyone.
