Mad Butcher Meat started out in 1972 on Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, in a 3000 sq. ft. facility, offering custom butcher services, meat, poultry, seafood, and above all customer care. Mike and Diana Shum took over ownership in 1989, carrying on a tradition of great customer service, and quality product.In 2005, Mad Butcher expanded from its Folsom Blvd. location to a new 24,000 sq. ft. shop on Florin Perkins. Very shortly, we'll be adding a custom smoker and a mobile lunch truck to serve you

    Customer for Life: I was shocked!! I never imagined a meat market SOO CLEAN!! You can actually watch the workers curt and package the meats. I bought the small $69 value bundle for our small family of two. It lasted well over 2 months..including the occasional bar-b-que party.

    I love it: It's finally a pleasure having a CLEAN SMELING meat market to go to. You can order via fax and have it ready when you get there. I shopped there and $150 lasted my family of 3 for 2 months.
