I had spoke with Shane about doing some re-tubing on my amp heads and Shane was willing to work with me to achieve the tone that i was looking for. With his expertise and vast knowledge of tubes and how they respond we were able to achieve the tone very quickly. I am a Tube Sonic customer for life! All around great guy and the shop has a great vibe to it...

I can't say anything others haven't already said about Shane. In short - honest, reliable, kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. So impressed, I plan on buying one of his own amps.

This guy knows his stuff!!! In a heartbeat I would recommend Tubesonic. I have used his services to fix very high end McIntosh stereo equipment where others had screwed things up and Tubesonic was half the cost. Very professional, very congenial, and very timely.

I am looking for someone I can trust to work on my own vintage McIntosh home stereo equipment, so it helps to have this specific reference/recommendation. If I decide to use Tubesonic, I'll report back. I've had a bad experience with Rainbow Electronics for vintage Nakamichi equipment, and wouldn't let them anywhere near my precious Mac's.
