Avoid... bad customer service! I took my van to them when I first arrived in town. They worked on the vehicle for a few days but didn't even call me to let me know if the van was done or not. I drove there twice in the afternoons expecting to pick up the van only to get turned away because the van wasn't ready. What a waste of time and fuel!
They changed their name... Although John Sullivan bought them out, it's still the same people working there. So, expect the same terrible customer service.
Horrible Customer Service!: I have a van that broke down 4 times in the last year. I took it in while under warranty and the dealer said they "fixed" the problem. The warranty ran out and I took it in and paid $1,100.00 to fis the same problem. This 4th time, they want 750.00 more for the same problem we've been having. I talked to Erin McCullough and she hung up the phone on me when I ask her to let me speak without being interrupted. She also said "I am the final say" when ask who else could help me. Apparently, she has a big ego and will not allow anyone else to help their customers. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone out there! STAY AWAY! They are not reasonable or helpful in any way!!!
