Home Delivery!: Zelma's is one of the few places in Oroville that will deliver food to your home. It can be a little steep sometimes, but the food more than makes up for that. The pancakes are fantastic as is the chicken fried steak! (and that's a high compliment since I am originally from the South *S*) Whether going in or ordering to home, Zelma's is the place to call!!
