The Chico location is pleasant, with a nice cafe area in which to read and a few benches near the magazine area. The staff is friendly and helpful without being obtrusive.

Good for a chain: They have a good selection, but I do prefer independant stores. I like that they have many places to sit and skim through the books they carry. Watch out for Christian hate literature there. It is placed in scattered non-Christian religious books and the management either supports it or at least does nothing to stop it. If it were not a chain I'd give them 5 stars.

Not the best I have been to.: The people try to help you, but some times they do not always have the book you need and youll have to order and wait a few weeks. You are better off shopping online. Had a manager tell me that I could not use my Laptop and after that they capped the electrical outlets.
